How does the pricing model work?
Mr. FAUN uses a single-project unlock model. You can create, edit, and walk as many hedge maze concepts in 3D as you like for free. You only pay to unlock the production deliverables (scaled PDF blueprint, CAD DXF files, planting schedules) for a specific design. There are no recurring subscriptions.
What is your refund policy?
Because each blueprint is custom-generated instantly upon purchase, we cannot issue general 'change of mind' refunds. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m), you consent to immediate supply and waive your right of withdrawal once downloads are initiated. However, we offer a 14-day warranty and will refund or regenerate the plan if there is a technical rendering fault, duplicate charge, or parsing error.
Do the plans conform to local zoning or building codes?
Our AI agents generate design layouts, planting guides, and CAD vectors. While these are architecturally precise, they are concept models. You should verify clearances, soil requirements, and local zoning permits with a licensed local landscape contractor before digging.
What CAD formats are supported?
We export industry-standard DXF files which are compatible with AutoCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp, and Rhino. The scale matches 1 unit to 1 meter by default, making imports into your existing site plans simple.
How are payments processed?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Your bank statement will list 'STRIPE * MR FAUN'. All major cards and supported local payment methods are accepted.
Secure Checkout: Payments are processed by Stripe. As the seller, Mr. FAUN is responsible for VAT registration and remittance in applicable jurisdictions.
EU Consumer Rights (Art 16 Withdrawal Waiver): By completing checkout for these customized digital blueprints, you request immediate performance and waive your right to the standard 14-day cooling-off withdrawal period. Faulty generation issues are fully covered under our warranty.
